 1.  How to place the orders? How to pay?
You can see our website,
Step 1: pick the itemss which you like, and choose the size you needed, Add to cart, Available size as blow:
Mans=>30,32,34,36,38,40       Women=>26,27,28,29,30,31  
Step 2: you can follow our website system’s prompts to do the next.
But I have to notice you that you’d better to write down the shipping address detail carefully
(shipping address: order receiver's name: address details: zip code: country: phone number: )
Step 3:you can pay via Credit cards, Master cards, WESTERN UNION If credit cards, pls place the order and pay for your order diredtly. it others, pls email us to ask our payment details such as the paypal account or the bank details. We do not accept that the address in paypal is difference from the shipping address.
 And leave us the payment details such as the sender’s FULL NAME, the AMOUNT of money and the MTCN (money control number) to us.
 2. how about the shipping address?

we will according the shipping address which you wrote down on our website to ship you the items. Do not forget leave us your contact TEL number, that ensure the Express company to deliver the package correctly

 3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept following credit/Debit cards:
      VISA, MasterCard, Dinners Club International, American Express, JCB, VISA DEBIT, VISA Electron, Maestro, SOLO.

 4. How will my order be shipped? How long does it take to receive my order?

Because of time difference, we will ship you your items on the 2nd day after you pay (within 36hours). And then We will e mail you tracking number to you. Normally, after 2 days you can track your package. It usually takes 5 -12business days to deliver your package to your door.

 5.  Do you ship to locations other than USA and Europe?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

 6. What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?

It is unlikely that your package is lost or stolen. If we approve that your Goods disappears, we will resend you the items immediately. But if the postal service delivers the items to the wrong address or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to recover your Goods.

 7. It's been two weeks, where is my order?

The delay doesn't happen often. But if there is any significant delay with your order we will contact you immediately. We will keep you post from the time your order is placed. When your item are ship out, we will provide you with a shipment tracking number at our own discretion. This tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. Meanwhile, you will receive our notification. So you do not have to email us asking if your package has been shipped.
